Got simple recipe for a blowfish from a party boat chef out of Sheepshead bay and he told me to just roll it in flour and fry it with butter This little puffer went down like a piece of calamari it was so good!!!

How bout Fish Taco's.. been making all summer with seabass and fluke..delicious!! Also a good way of clearing out the fish freezer because people that really dont eat much fish will enjoy them!!

Fish Taco recipe:
I like to keep simple..bread up the fillets in egg and panko to make it extra crispy, then cut up some tomatoes,lettuce and jalapenos...get soft taco shells heat them up in the microwave..the key to this whole recipe is the dressing it is called"creamy chipotle ranch dressing" made by "Marie's"..has a little kick and a awesome taste. Finally put some of the ranch dressing on the tortilla shells then a couple fillets, followed by the veggies and there you have it!! Enjoy!!

CodJay General Tso’s Fluke . . . OMG that looks so delicious. I have tasted versions of this at buffets here in Manhattan that taste really good. Definitely going have to try it out. Have you tried this with other species of fish?
